Hello everyone,

Has anyone ever come across a temperature widget that works on a PowerBook G4 (titanium)? I've tried quite a few––all of which purport to work on my computer––but to no avail. The widget will usually read "N/A" when I try to determine the temperature.

Any suggestions?

Thanks.

I could be wrong (hopefully am) but I don't think that PowerBook has the appropriate temperature sensor. Which have you tried? Have the explicitly said they'll work with your exact machine because yours was built around the time when Apple started bringing in these temperature sensors. It was a bit hit and miss as to which machines got them and which didn't.

I had suspected that my problem could be due to an absence of a sensor; so, I fear that you're right. Thanks for taking the time to reply. :)
