...Folks, look at these temperatures...nothing opened but Safari and Mail (iMac 27, i5, 2,8Ghz)...Give me your opinions and advices, please.

My advice is to stop worrying. Apple's not going to release any software, even a developer preview, that'll melt your computer.

And unless the app you are using was updated for Lion, who knows if those temps are even correct.
