Hello! I installed a program for working with fans on my laptop (I bought it new six months ago) and noticed that the coolers were spinning even at 50 degrees: at this time only Notes, Safari and Telegram were running.

The reviews say that this laptop works at 30 degrees without tasks, but for me it’s 47-50. After 50 the coolers turn on.

It seems like coolers shouldn't turn on until 70 degrees, right?

there
that is normal and not bad!
im streaming music, typing here and moving files to esters drives and running at 89ºF
on a macmini m1 8GB ram.
I would get 122 °Fahrenheit 50 celsius when really overloading the MacBook Air and Mac mini
which never seemed to heat up (to the touch) both computers.

others here might disagree,
I guess we can find out soon!

That's a very small delta to room temperature and won't be possible. It might heat up 30 degrees but that's on top of the room temperature.

AFAIK 50 °C is just about right for M1 Pro. You’ve probably seen lower numbers for the plain M1 — my Air idles at 28 °C (7 ° higher than room temp).
