I'm not sure if this is the right forum. But where can I find a template for this picture? Or how do I make it ??

It’s probably done in keynote, it’s a load of grey squares / rectangles with rounded corners and then either text or pictures placed on top.

Those are pretty basic designs. The images you would obviously have to find. That is all some pretty basic stuff, just boxes with gradients and text with gradients. Check out the apps from Affinity: Designer and Photos, I am sure you will be able to reproduce that type of artwork with them easily.
