iPhone Temporary block incoming calls/messages tweak/app ?

I'm searching for an app or tweak that temporary blocks incoming calls and messages, but i wish to allow a "list" of people that will be allowed.

Imagine Airplane Mode ON, but being able to allow a selected list of contacts that can call/text me.

iOS's 6 included "Do Not Disturb"-feature wont work for messages as i still receive it when having it ON


If this app/tweak exist, I wish to receive "missed" calls/messages when i turn this app/tweak off.
Just like Airplane Mode works

Any ideas ?

Kaui dial (can't remember spelling.) You will need to use google to get the repo to add.
