Okay this work around would only work if you preferred the weather to be fixed in a specific city and not change based on your location.

1. Long press the weather widget on your home screen. If you’re using stack, swipe it to the weather widget then long press.
2. Press “Edit weather”

3. Change the location from Current location to your preferred city/location.

4. That’s it.

Unless the bug is fixed, it will revert to “Cupertino” from time to time

Yes. A fixed location works. “Current location” just keeps changing back to Cupertino. I’m sure it will be fixed soon.
