Hey folks,

Finder remembers the size of every window and I created a mess with lots of different window sizes for different folders and disks. To get back to a more streamlined interface, I ran the following command to get rid of the .DS_Store files, which save the window size and position within every folder:

sudo find / -name .DS_Store -delete; killall Finder

Now every Finder window is back to the very small default size, but I can't change it anymore. Whenever I restart the Mac I get the same small default size and position. I won't remember my last view any longer.

I somehow regret using this command. Is there anything I can do to get back to normal?
