Thank you for having me in your team!!!
This is ny first post but I have been following macrumors forum for years, finding almost all answers to my problems.
In my work I am basically a Linux user and in Fedora there is a nice feature in shell were you can have a different background color or image (I use space photos) for every new terminal that you open. This helps me to identify fast which terminal I need.
Is this option available in mac terminal?

Once again thank you for adding me and stay home and safe guys!!!!

Thank you!
I am checking it out now.
No customisation options for the built in app I guess, huh?

Apple's Terminal.app does support separately configured profiles with a lot of customization including background image (see the app's Preferences).

Though you can can open a new window with a specific profile, and set what the default profile is, I don't think it can be random so that each new window automatically looks different.

Thank you frou!
From what I read in iterm2, it provides different profiles depending on the user or hostname which ok can work with but what I had in mind is that every time a open a new terminal to select randomly a new background picture or color.
Am I missing something with iterm2?
