I want to share my recent experience with Apple Store.

First time, I got 15 inch MBP 2016 after it's launch. After receiving it, I found that my F key is creating loud sticky noise when computer is under load. The second day, I went to the Apple Store and ask why. Their genius did a check and say there is a dust debris under the key cap. Although it's a new computer. I believed him. When I got home and start a game, the laptop warmed up after a while. Then the F became sticky again like before.

Second time, my girlfriend's 13inch MBP 2016 space bar stuck and become no responsive from time to time during typing. It will behave just like normal when typed alone. But when add the frequency of typing, it become stuck from time to time. Some times, it stuck there and didn't pop up. So I went to Apple Store again today. Another genius checked and told me that 's because there is a dirt debris under space bar and he has removed it. I then did a test and found the problem remains. He argues that the stuck is an acceptable situation it's absolutely normal. I'm totally shocked, really. I don't know why he considered the space bar stuck more than 5 times in a few minutes of typing is a normal.

The laptops are sitting on the working table and no foods are there. Plus these two laptops are new. One checked in the day after received and another one in a month. I don't know why dirt debris seems to become a very good execuse to push responsible to the user. If I'm being asked to put my new laptop up side down and compress air in it every month. Why don't you just sell compressed air in the Apple Store?

That's all what I want to share.
Think again and double check when genius told that that you messed up the keyboard with a dirt debris.

3-4 years old macbook pro and no problem with debris... 2-3months old macbook pro and problem with debris(?) - no need to have brains to see the issue here. I quess there exceptional dirty people working in apple stores if they say that a new computer has a debris problem. I dont want to see pics of their homes :D
