Test this for me: Notes won't reappear when minimized to app icon

Enable "Minimize to App Icon" in dock preferences, open Notes, and minimize it. When I click on the icon to bring the window back up, nothing happens. I have to use App Exposé or restart the app to get the window back up.

Anyone else seeing this problem?

Yes, I have the same problem on El Captain.

I put Notes in the dock and it stays there. If I closed the window on Evernote the app stayed open. Doesn't happen with Notes. But with the icon in the dock in opens back up quickly.

When notes are open and minimized you do need to click on the minimized icon over on the right side of the dock.

Submitted a separate bug report through the bug report website.

You have to have "Minimize to App Icon" enabled so the window does not minimize to the right side of the dock, but to the app icon instead. Then it doesn't come back up when clicked.

The shortcut key for restoring a minimized app doesn't work either.

Yup, confirmed here too. I would have to right click then click on Notes for it to pop back up.
