hello, sorry I speak English wrong I'm French, I'm looking for testimonials about the switch mute / ringtone button that is slightly loose. Indeed in silent position it moves when I put my finger on it and in ringing position it does not move at all .... Apple came to get it twice but both times they send it back to me as is ... normal or not ?

Others have reported the same. It is normal. I owned 2 iPhone X and they both did it. It dis not rattle on mine, but then again I did not shake it!

It is not an issue.

My Experience with iPhones over the years, is that the mute switch has a slight rattle and has some play. It's not uncommon and it's not a defect either (Unless it seems drastic). And every iPhone will have a slightly different tolerance or manufacturing specification, as some mute switches have very little rattle or some seem to have more.

ok, thank you for your precision because Apple returns the device by giving very little information except that the device is OK ... the consumer and oblige to visit the forums to find the information: /
