Good morning!

I currently own an iMac desktop machine and a Macbook Pro. I'm learning Objective-C on iPhone just now and would like to use my Macbook and my iPhone 3GS for testing my apps. Problem is, I sync my iPhone with my iMacs copy of iTunes.

Is it possible to use iTunes on my Macbook solely for testing iPhone apps without messing up my sync for everything else on my iMac?

Cheers,
JT

Wirelessly posted (Mozilla/5.0 (iPhone; U; CPU iPhone OS 3_0 like Mac OS X; en-us) AppleWebKit/528.18 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile/7A341 Safari/528.16)

You don't need iTunes for dev/testing, you can do it all in XCode.

Yeah, but to test on the actual phone - isn't iTunes involved somehow? And will testing on iPhone in xCode affect my sync with iTunes on iMac?
