I just bought a 27" quad-core iMac to replace my ancient G4 PowerMac. Needless to say, I haven't been into Mac gaming for quite awhile. Does anybody have any recommendations for games I could try out on my new machine? I am into anything from Sim and strategy games to FPS and RPGs. Is there a specific game that performs especially well that I could test things out on?

Bioshock is well worth a look, fantastic atmosphere/visuals and a great porting job from Feral, it'll push your Mac on high settings. Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, Dragon Age: Origins and Neverwinter Nights 2 are also great fun and look good too.
