Hi,

What is a good way of testing if you should increase the RAM capacity on your mac?

Just run multiple high demand applications and once and test the speed? Or is there a more professional or technical approach?

Please let me know as soon as you can!

Thank you.

One method is to use your Activity Monitor app, Memory tab.
Use your Mac with your usual apps, doing the tasks that you would normally do.

The Memory Pressure graph is normally in the green. Yellow, or particularly Red can indicate that your installed RAM may be not enough for your use.
