Just got a new iPad 5th gen. Restored it from an iPhone iOS 9 backup. Updated via iTunes. I've got the weirdest problem. WiFi is extremely slow - around 150kb/s, when loading Safari pages or downloading an app. Ookla speed test is performing at 5-6mb/s. Netflix is fast. YouTube - can't determine, but it looks somewhere in between.

I am connected to my Android's personal hotspot. I've tried connecting to other WiFi's (not Android, but a regular router) - same thing.

What could be limiting the iPad to about 150-200kb/s?

I've:
- Reset network settings
- Reset all settings
- Airplane mode on/off
- WiFi on/off
- Hard reboot
- Restarting the hotspot

I think it's my Android WiFi. It gives IP6 address to the Mac. Also, not using the Google DNS, so that might be it too.
