Tethering and iTunes 9.02 ....Does it break tethering ?

Just wondering if upgrading to
iTunes 9.02 will break Tethering with the iPhone ?

I am running iPhone firmware 3.01
with a 3G iPhone not Jailbroken.

i have the 6.0 CF

No, should work fine with 3.0.1

Even works with 3.1.2 with newer IPCC files.

I am just using the Benm AT&T profile.

That's only if you're jailbroke, AFAIK.

6.0 "carrier file." The "stealth" AT&T .ipcc for tethering. It's not the Benm one.

So I used to have tethering until I had iTunes open and tried to tether which in turn, disabled tethering. So, I've followed several different tutorials. I have the tethering button, however, it never does connect. I don't get the blue band that says I am in fact tethering. Ideas?

Seems I can tether with bluetooth, but I'd also like to tether with USB. So far, USB doesn't work.

I have the stealth ipcc file on my phone to get MMS work and it completely disabled my tethering. Is there any way to get it going again?
