Tethering not working - Hutchison 3, jailbroken, australia

Hi there,

I have a jailbroken iphone 3g running the latest firmware on the 3 network in Australia.

A while back I installed this .mobilconfig file to enable tethering before it was officially enabled. That worked fine until the 3.1 update.

Now i'm trying to get tethering to work again and I can't figure it out. I unstalled the .mobilconfig and tried this method of installing an ippc file but it's just not working at all. After installation, nothing changes.

Any ideas for what I should do?
