Tethering to iPhone 4s

I can no longer find the option to tether - share my internet connection from my iPhone 4s over Wi-fi. Have they moved it or have they axed it as a feature?

It's a bug. Reset network settings to restore the option to Settings.

Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
