Tethering Xoom to Mac mini

I have a xoom and would like to turn on tethering to run my Mac Mini and play an MMO. I have tried several programs and none have worked. The Mini sees the network, connects to it, but never has internet access.

Please advise
 
Ok I even have the two paired with bluetooth, the Mac connected to the PAN and internet sharing on(it is even giving me the IP!). I have bluetooth pairing and tethering turned on for the Xoom. However I am still not getting internet on the Mac
