iPad Air Text in white on black shows up on icons etc.

After 3 seconds a text in white on black shows up on icons etc (see attachment). How can I turn this feature off?

You've probably enabled something in the accessibility settings. Go and check there.

Correct. Something called ClosedCaption was enabled and when disabling it, it works as I want it to.
