Text message with chinese characters

I have a problem with text messaging. Sometimes i get random chinese messages. However that person never send me those...

These are not Chinese character. It is likely that the sender sent something that could not display properly. But these are not Chinese character at all

Most of them are Chinese characters. Just random non-sensical ones..

Not sure why tho.
