iPhone Text Messages Not Delivered (at&t?)

Getting a "Not Delivered" message in a group text.

Me and another person on att&t experiencing this problem but other iphone non-att&t is working fine.

Anyone else experiencing this? Just started today.

I've seen this some. Mostly with photos. I get the "not delivered". But they do go through. Odd. I'm with Verizon. Only happens on the group iMessage. The last time it happened, I Reset Network Settings. Hasn't done it since.

Definitely only an issue with group text messages.

Not sure where your are located, but I am seeing this sporadically today on both my 6S+ (iMessage) and Note 5 (Messenger).
