I see alot of apps out there for text messaging such as textfree unlimited for $5.99. Now would this app replace the texting I pay for at&t? 5.99/yr beats $5 a month. Or are there betting texting apps that are better then the above mentioned one?

i've been using textfree for about a year now (even on my ipod touch) and has worked great for my texting needs..... (100-300/mth) i think i got it when it was on sale, but i'd say i would pay 5.99 for it.....
