Text not always very clear

Currently, I am trying to move from Windows to a Mac. At the moment, I am using a Mac Mini M1, with a Samsung monitor (C49HG9x), at 120Hz, 3840 x 1080.

From time to time, I feel as if the text on the screen is not the 'clearest'. However, that is not the case on my Windows 10 PC.
Is there something I should be looking into, to resolve that? Thanks

Apple's macOS Mojave disables subpixel antialiasing, also known as font smoothing, by default.

Note: although this was created back in the Mojave days, it's still an issue.
There are FOUR possible settings (0, 1, 2, 3).
I recommend that you try ALL of them, then stick with the one you prefer.

Remember, you need to log out and then log back in each time you change the setting.

Nice to know am not the only one that felt the font was slightly 'off'.
