Hi all. Having this issue. New iPhone 7 plus 10.3. Not getting text replacement sync from my iPad etc. Usuals such as logging in out of iCloud. iCloud drive. All doesn't work .. any one found a solution ?

I am around since ios4. This is the first time I am seriously considering android .. it hurts but apple has acted too high and mighty for too long. The support is worst. Always just wanting you to reset the phone -.-
Can we get some more detail on this? I have the situation where my 3 Mac computer all sync text shortcuts perfectly. My iPhone can receives text replacements made on my Macs, but if I create one on my iPhone, the other devices don't get it. It's like the other devices have a 2-way street between them, but my iPhone has a one way ( incoming ) street only.
Sometime Apple is so mysterious. I fixed mine by joining the public beta program last night and installing iOS 11 beta release 3.
Extreme, but it worked after all the icloud drive on / off tries and reboots failed!
Latest update .. iPhone 8 plus and Mac syncs but iPad is alone. Any idea how I can get it to join the sync party ? 
iOS 11 did not fix it .. the only thing I notice is iCloud Drive when turned off , the replacement all goes away ...
