Yep. Installed the GM upon release and text replacements are wonky. I initially went in there an filled in 4 of my most frequent ones and checked a few hours later and they were all gone. Rinse and repeat a few times over the last few days.

Having the opposite issue where I cannot delete any entries without them reappearing hours or even days later. This happens on iOS and OS X devices.
Apple 2nd line support told me to clear out all 4 devices and then backup one of the iOS devices. This would apparently fix the issue. Made no sense to me and I told him so. Anyway having given up I tried it anyway. Some 5 days later all is still ok. Still makes no sense but so far it has worked.
Mine appears and disappears at random. Restart usually brings it back. If i switch off my iPad, i think thats what causes it to disappear on the iMac then later. Some text replacements also appear double too when they appear again. I think the iCloud broke when it went 'iCloud Drive'. I think it is deteriorating slowly due to some kind of server script or database failure. I believe that the speed in which operating systems upgrade these days, does not even allow the user to fully learn the interface of one OS, before it is already Obsolete and upgraded to the next OS. Bugs galore due to the update-constantly epidemic we are experiencing in current timesUnfortunately, the Text Replacements have disappeared again. They are still synced through iCould (I presume) between my iOS devices and my Yosemite MacBook Pro; but not to El Cap. I hope the next OS X maintenance update fixes this erratic behavior.
22 is the standard for me, I use them frequently. Just checked, current count? ZEROI had about twenty and now I've got five random ones left which seems odd.
