text to speech - 'New Paragraph" command?

Siri got me use to saying

new line
new paragraph

Etc.

Yet this doesn't not work with text to speech .

Anyone know of ref list for entry commands ?

Press Function twice to activate dictation on anywhere you can type.

You can also go into system preferences, and change the command to what you want it to be.
