Text with Tracks

I am a DJ and have recorded a set onto my powerbook. I have tracked it with audiable and exported the tracks to MP3's. and import into Itunes The problem I am having is the fact that when I burn a CD the result does not contain any track info.

How do I embed text (Artist, track number etc) onto a cd.

iTunes doesn't support CD-TEXT. You can try burning using Toast, but that won't be free.

But if you burn as an MP3 CD, won't the data stay in the ID3 tags?
