Hi, I am trying to copy & paste from IMDB to TextEdit as a .RTF (or to Pages)

basically, i want to copy & paste this:
(the episode list from the old Transformers tv show seasons,)

copying the text & thumbnails & paste into a TextEdit .RTF file

so, for the Season 1 page, I Select All, Copy & Paste,
the text pastes fine,
but there are just the thumbnail placeholder for the images...

...BUT, when i copy & paste for Season 2,
(https://m.imdb.com/title/tt0086817/episodes/?season=2&ref_=ttep_ep_sn_nx)
everything copies & pastes properly,
(both the text & full pics)

Anyone have any idea why the thumbnails don't copy for Season 1...??

(& when i copy/paste into Pages, ALL the text pastes,
& NONE of the pics show,
not even the thumbnail placeholder(s)...

Just opened Pages and the first imdb web page in Safari side by side, selected text and images on the webpage and then drag&drop-ed the selection into Pages.

Works.

Well, it does require a bit of work after that - apparently when using dark mode the text background is brought over to Pages in black.

Which version of Pages which Browser are you using?

Which version of Pages which Browser are you using?
Pages 14.0
Safari 17.4.1
TextEdit 1.18
Firefox 124.0.2

...ok, i dragged & dropped,
from both Safari & Firefox & dropped in Pages,
but it's not copying images after Episode 6, just placeholders after that

Try printing to PDF in the browser. Save the PDF locally, then open in another app to check it. If all images are intact, then you can work on getting it into a more preferred format.

Also, since browsers may only load images on demand, I'd scroll thru in the browser, giving every image a chance to load. That it, make sure you see all images in the browser before printing to PDF.
