Textfree Not working Anymore

Many people are having issues with Textfree not working. I deleted it and reinstalled it but then was told by the app I needed to log back in, when I tried this it told me to contact Ping support. When I did that they told me to view their support forum, as the fix may be found there....well it wasn't, just other people like me experiencing the same frustration. Ping won't answer my emails with anything but their form letter style responses, always telling me to view their forum. What the heck kind of company is this? I have had it with them and need a free texting app that actually works.

It told me the servers were down, this went on for weeks. Then I couldn't log back in after reinstalling it.

UPDATE:Thanks to Pinger customer support, I was finally able to get this app working again. Once I figured out how to work their support site, which is a pain, we made headway and got things fixed.
