Yes I have on my IP 11. That option doesn't appear on my iPad Pro 10.5".Have you checked the text message forwarding settings in Messages settings?
Which begs the question; what if someone has 2 iPads and no iPhones?I think those have be set on the phone, not the iPad...

Ok, in that case I completely misunderstood SMS/MMS because I thought those were just using data.. which the cellular iPads already have. thank you for posting the article link, it seems the iPhone is central to the forwarding capability.I believe it wouldn’t be possible...the cellular service on iPads alone is just data. You would need an iPhone as far as I can tell...
Forward text messages from your iPhone to other devices - Apple Support
With the Text Message Forwarding feature of your iPhone, the SMS, MMS, or RCS messages that you send and receive on your iPhone can also appear on your Mac, iPad, and Apple Vision Pro, so you can continue the conversation from the device you want.support.apple.com
I guess I don't know as much as I thought. First of all, I think I remember text messages repeating on my iPad and my MBA. Maybe that didn't happen. I do have the non cellular iPad. I just sent a test text to my wife via my non cellular iPad and asked her to reply which she did and I got her reply back to both my iPad and my IP. I give up on whatever logic is involved as most of my texts return to my IP along with texts generated from somewhere else. What are the device options on your iPhone? That setting wouldn't appear on a non cellular iPad.
In your 2nd graphic, it shows messages going to your iPad as well as your MB. Wondering how you included this option to your MB?I think those have be set on the phone, not the iPad...

My texts messages used to repeat on both my iPad and iPhone. A while back, they stopped repeating on my 2 devices. Is there a setting that I can enable text messages to repeat once again?
