Umm, its possible but I doubt it will happen. It's very expensive and would have to be funded from members. You could try to start it by finding out how much you need and then put a paypal donate link to help!!
I think folks would do this(me included) just for us MR members....and those on the MR STEAM GROUP. Might want to check around. Just for kicks, I'd contribute for something just for us MR USERS...
1) It'd cost.
OR 2) It'd be hosted by someone with a very good connection.
3) MR users are from all over the world.
4) There will probably not be enough people for a private server, which is exacerbated by people playing in different timezones.
It's probably easier to just meet up on an empty server.
