Using the TG Pro app to monitor temps. Weird thing is it shows all 4 Efficiency cores and 10 Peformance cores but instead of 30 gpu cores its only showing 4? Anyone else seeing this on m3 max base?

I use iStats (6), and it reports Efficiency (1-4), Performance (1-8), and GPU (1-5) on my base M2-Max MS 🤷‍♂️

Do you mean TG Pro? I use that app and it shows 4 rows of GPU cores for me as well, which is GPU clusters instead of cores I believe. 👍🏼

There is discussion here https://github.com/exelban/stats/issues/1703 about getting the right temperature sensors. Nothing is documented by Apple, so there is some guesswork.

For those (like me) with an M3 MBP (not M3 Pro/Max), TG Pro is the only app which seems to have the correct CPU (e-core and p-core) temperature sensors. Not iStats, not Stats.
