Ask a broad question with no details and you are going to get a broad answer.

No one can read your mind and summon up the mental image you have in your head about this app. You have to actually give details so people have something to go on.

It’s phono or something.... idk the name I saw it a few times through threads but cannot recall what it is

I use these

I use Pixlr a lot. Snapseed is good too especially since it has the option to overwrite a picture after editing and not just create a new image.
