Ok, anyone remember that old tv show from the 90's? I was just watching an old episode a few minutes ago, and dam if I didn't see it! One of the aliens was using what appeared to be a dead ringer for the Ipad. Same size, same thickness, same look. Now I know where Jobs got the look from!

I remember that show well. The movie with Mandy Patankin was great. The TV show was mearly ok. A bit too campy.

I'm sure that slag got the idea from Star Trek.

Seriously, the only TV show I've ever seen Steve Jobs talk about is Star Trek, which as we all know featured devices somewhat like the iPad since TOS. However, Federation designers apparently failed early on, since theirs had a pen attached.
