Hi, I’ve been experiencing issues with my Apple ID for a few days now. When I try to log in from another device, browser, it says the password is invalid. After changing the password, the problem persists. If I try to reset the password from another device or browser, it says “the Apple ID is not valid or supported.” I’ve tried using both my icloud and gmail accounts, but nothing works. I have a ticket with support.
It feels like my Apple ID is corrupted. Now I can’t activate FaceTime, iCloud/passwords sync.
I have purchases and subscriptions linked to this account that I’m currently paying for.
Has anyone else issued this problem?
