Camera app always drop frame. From iPhone 4 I believe all the way to iPhone 6s Plus.

Specifically, "drop frame" means the picture shown in camera app is not moving fluently when moving camera, contradict the fluent one when taking video/slomo/time-lapse as well as panorama.

Uh, then I probably don't have the issue. The camera app open animation is fluent, and camera works immediately after app opens.
when open more apps , I open camera again , animation drops frame
 
Which is better ? ios9.3.3 or ios10
I could not remember iOS 9.3.3 but in those Apple Store demo phones, iOS 9.3.3 performance in switching apps is better than my iOS 10 beta. Does not prove anything I think, though.
