Then which one is the oldest?

The most expensive Mac is the oldest. The Mac Pro hasn't been updated since 2013 and still sells at its original retail price.

Apple has always had a policy of not dropping its prices on aging models until they have been replaced.

The most expensive mac is 5K mac which was released around 2 years ago "only"

Mac Pro should be the oldest one without update:

[doublepost=1491127194][/doublepost]Should be 2.5 years instead of 3.5 years but I cannot edit the topic.

That would depend on which configuration you ordered the Macs in.

The 27-inch 5k imac starts at $1799 and goes up to $4049 with built in monitor. The Mac Pro starts at $2999 and goes up to $9629 without a monitor.

Yep, the Mac Pro takes the case as the most expensive and the model that has gone on the longest without an update.
