Agreed

"Best" is a subjective term. The problems that this phone has aren't that bad...they can be corrected. What really disappoints me is how Apple has handled the whole issue. Admit that the problem exists, and provide a remedy for it. And I dont mean a free bumper. Allow owners of the defective phone to bring it in, and give them a new or refurbished one that does not have the defect. You screwed up...now make it right.
