iPod The difference between ipod nano 1g and 2g

Hi everybody,

This is my very first post to this thread. I'm a new commer.

I have a ipod nano 2G.
I want to change the color of center click button and click wheel panel.
I searched and searched but only these for 1G can be found at any store.

I suppose these are no difference at all.
iFixit says, "You are welcome to try, but we make no guarantees.".

Does anybody know whether these are the same parts or not ?
