Also get any storage you might want. As the Chia cryptocurrency is tearing into the hard drive market. Which may end up in high prices and no availability like graphics cards.

Yes, it is happening. Demand is up, supply is down. The pandemic affected the supply/demand balance and now there is a shortage. However, there seems to be some long-lasting effects. I hope it will be sorted out soon, but let's see what happens.
