Which of these designs do you prefer or styles? The second one has the big boy pants on lol.

This is a real innovative style as you see its mixed with pixel art you may not see it if you lack the gift of aesthetics or the touch though.

This was my work of the day the second one with the man pants. I changed this version to that all on iPad (old version):

I took out so much and it took me all day to do this a lot of hard work people. Notice the new eye, logs fixed, pants fixed on man boy, and other fixes all on iPad including hand, etc.

Damm I just realized I cropped it wrong on iPad as Art Studio is hard to work with some times in cropping. So I lost the poart where I cropepd it and couldnt go back to that step on iPad so I had to combine the two images the crap old version and this new one into this:

Why does your "hard worker" seem to be picking up another "worker" by the hair?
I am a bit offended by that imagery, if that's what you wanted. :confused:

Oh you are very much wrong. Very very much wrong. And just to prove you wrong so you will realize you are wrong here is my original source image I started on my iPad using a free pixelart app I think pixelart creator or something its called. I also created the day laborer on it but cannot find that file just yet:

Everything was done on iPad then including the pixel art the filters were only ran off Illustrator, but today all my work was also on iPad. I am an iPad journalist, an iPad graphic designer, an iPad photgorapher and an iPad addict.
 
I suspect that your source "image" is upside-down -- or, something (?)

I'm pretty sure the "source" is not the pieces that you used to make something, but would be the original idea or artwork representing identifiable art. Yours looks like a random pile of bits.
but, then, I am not the artist, so I'm pretty sure that the original artist needs to explain what that is.
The results don't have to have any kind of coherent plan, and surely not anything that might suggest the artist's idea to the viewer. Am I also wrong?

The original idea was just to do something quick within one day for an article I was writing at the time I think related to manufacturing. I just was really trying to see what I can do with that pixelart iPad or iOS app and nothing planned. I was just ucking around within an app. The app is called PixelArt and you have to use it holding the iPad vertically.

What you intended is light years difference from what you produced.

We do not judge upon intent, we judge upon results.

Next time, spend more time on refinement (I suggest for the betterment of the artistic world a period of no less than, ooh, let's say 75 years before you release your next "work" upon the world).
 
I still prefer it to basically anything Fire Art studio or the leader of graphics of all eastern europe and possibly the world right now is doing. It has character, tells a story and has meaning behind it. Makes you think too. Prefer it to that art deco style you see everywhere in Poland or out of Poland.

Pretty much everyone has. He's flooded this particular forum as of late, and there's just no talking to him. I'm not sure where he got the idea that he's the picture of perfection and highly intelligent... maybe that's just what his mommy tells him when she lets him get on the interwebs.

I noticed a day or two ago that the moderators suspended his account. Considering how he acts, I'm not surprised. While I like his artwork to an extent, his posts always seem to devolve into him saying "My work is better than anyone's! It has character, unlike other people," and other people are like "Meh." Sometimes, I'm tempted just to sit back, grab some popcorn and watch the drama like it's a bad reality TV show.

Myself and @TiggrToo noticed he was suspended right after his LAST thread was locked. Which is the 3rd or 4th time this has happened.

It seems when we put the lid on one dumpster fire he just runs off and starts a new one. I'm not sure how long his suspension is in place for.

I'm all for helping people, hell I used to write Pixelmator tutorials, but he just doesn't want help. He says he does, but it's obvious he already has his mind made up about everything.

I agree. I stopped responding a while ago. He is (ab)using this forum's Design and graphics section as his personal creative outlet to get attention and advertise his work, but seems entirely uninterested at all in constructive criticism. He treats this section like his own art dumping grounds. He should not be posting all his stuff here, but in place like

I doubt though that he would survive for one minute on any art forum, though, if he persists in his attitude.
