Yea I'd just give it a bit for the change to take place. We changed the price on our side already, but everything in iTunes is cached. Just wait until that button says "Free".

In order to get the 'Get App' vs 'Buy App' button, I did a search for Tapbots in iTunes then I got a 'Get App' button

Are you looking in the settings? We have pretty much all the major countries. 137 of them to be exact.
