Just recently I started thinking.... Wouldn't it be nice if we had a single store for all the iTunes content on our iPhone and iPod Touches? Just like Walmart and its super stores, wouldn't a single store with several departments such as Music, Apps and even books make more sense than having different "store apps"?

Getting rid of all the clutter on our Home-Screen...

Here is an article that I just finished writing:
http://www.25the.com/2010/03/apple-content-stores-unite/

What do you guys think? :)

PS. I'm very sorry if the format of my site looks weird. I have yet to test it with a different browser other than Safari.

I don't know, isn't the iTunes store already one place, and it is already split into different departments?

Isn't it better that it's split up, to make it easier to find stuff?

You can search across them all if you wish, but usually you know if you want an app, song or movie etc..... So why not just search in that area of the iTunes store?

:)

It is. When you are on your mac or PC that is.

If you are on your iPhone or Ipod Touch it isn't.
