The 'I'm out of ideas, please design me a logo' thread

So, Im sitting at work trying to design a logo for a company, and I have writers block. So how do you fancy trying a few simple designs to give me an idea... Company is called 'J D Motorsport' and all the information I have is they want a logo. Pretty simple, sharp colours, no fades or anything fancy like that.

Anything at all, I just need something to give me inspiration.
