Monday Jan 16th:
Public Release 10.2.1 8am PST.
Developer Beta 10.3 10am PST.

I believe they did that with 10.0.2 and 10.1 beta 1.

If not this. Then:
Monday 10.2.1 Public.
Tuesday 10.3 Developer.

Waiting for 10.3! Excited to see what it offers.... "dark mode" or not. I really hope it's not another emoji update.... I'll be extremely disappointed.

Apple has had some nice features added in the x.3 and x.4 releases the last few years, so I am also waiting to see what they have up their sleeves.

This sounds pretty solid. Who knows, though. :)

IMO Apple hold IOS 10.3 beta 1 because of the hype .IOS 10.3 beta 1 is finished . Now, they are working on beta 2 I suppose

Assuming Apple doesn't take MLK day off, 10.2.1 on Monday. 10.3 the 17th.

That's what my dollar is on.

I agree as well. Timing might be a bit different though due to MLK Day holiday here in US on Monday.

Good catch about MLK day. Checking, they released iOS 7.1 beta 4 on MLK day 3 years ago, so you're probably right that it won't disrupt them (which it could do, even if they don't get the day off)

Is there any possibility that Apple will release iOS 10.3 beta 1 today ??
No because beta 4 was released yesterday and the public release is not even out yet for 10.2.1. I know there's exceptions but let's keep it normalized... Beta, public release then new beta....
