It's just been verified that the next iPhone is already being tested on Verizon's network...

http://www.pmptoday.com/2009/12/01/4g-iphone-31-being-tested-on-verizons-4g-lte-network/

And pics of the outer case have been leaked and as you can clearly see, the new camera hole is much bigger and could support a much wider lens...

http://www.maclife.com/article/news/iphone_4g

What are you expecting/hoping that this iPhone 4G to include?

Here's what I'm expecting...

720p Video Recording

5.0 Megapixel Camera with Flash and a much much bigger lens so that it actually takes decent photos even in very low light situations

Backlit OLED Screen with 720 x 480 Resolution

Dual Core VX 2.0 Ghz or Snapdragon 1.5 Ghz HD Capable Processor

4G Capable

Wifi N

Bluetooth 3.0

64 GB

1 Ghz of Ram

HD Antenna & TV Tuner (There are constantly hd tv signals being broadcast by ABC, NBC, CBS and Fox. Why not let us tap into those signals so that we can what hdtv on our phones wherever we are)

HD Radio Tuner & FM Transmitter

HDMI TV Out/Projector Out So We Can Run High Res Movies & Slideshows Stored on Our Phone on our HDTVs.

A Low Reflective Screen Mode For When You Wish To Read Ebooks On The iPhone

Not as much real estate wasted on the front of the phone as current iPhones (The black part on the top and bottom of the iphone need to be much smaller, basically, almost all of the front of the phone should be the screen) It's ugly how much space/real estate is wasted on the current design of the front of the iPhone

Front facing camera so that we could make videocalls, atleast while connected to Wifi N

iChat Support

Flash Support (I want to access hulu from my iphone damn it!)

RFID Chip & IR Chip (So that you can use it as a universal remote)

Removable/Replacable Battery

Over the air sync with Macs, Apple TV, PC Servers etc, so that we can stream HD Videos off of our PCs to our iPhones anytime we have WiFi Access, and Can Even Stream HD Content from Our Phones to our HDTVs

Louder Dual Speakers (I'm sick of accidently covering up the speaker while playing games)

A sexy looking gamepad addon that adds dual analog sticks and dual triggers to the iPhone so that gaming on the iPhone actually becomes FUN

Available for T-mobile, Sprint, Verizon & AT&T

If you don't think a certain feature is going to happen, please tell me what specifically don't you think is going to happen and why.

Almost every feature listed above is a feature that another smartphone already offers or is scheduled to offer starting next year. So why won't a near future iPhone offer that same functionality?

Remember, Apple gets paid $700-$800 for each iPhone. ($200-$300 from the end user and another $500 from the carrier). Plus, Apple makes a boatload of money on Apps.

Every single feature above can easily be implemented into an $800 device by next summer.

Only one. But for some completely pointless reason, the thread was deleted with no reason or justification offered.

And I think it's a perfectly valid thread to discuss especially given all the recent leaks about the iPhone 4G.

My thread certainly had a lot more content in it than 80% of the threads in the first page of this forum. So I reposted it.

Dude seriously? this is like the 3rd or 4th time I see you post that wish list... inlcuding twice in threads you've started. Do you think if you post it enough times apple will see it and make it happen?

Nothing has been verified around this time of the year there are a flurry of rumors, sightings, pictures, testing, cases, "sources" that appear all over the net pertaining to the new iphone

Read the freaking post "dude".

I posted a thread with this content ONCE. It was deleted for a completely unjustified reason, even though it has far more content than 80% of the threads in this forum.

So I have every reason to repost it.

If you have a problem with that, then don't post here. Simple.

So the moderators delete your thread and you go start a new one? FAIL DUDE.

Regardless, there was no justification in merging it considering how much content is contained in the OP.

There are bucketloads of threads on this forum that would make more sense to merge together (the three seperate threads on the HD2, or the multiple threads of pictures/wallpapers), than to merge this post which has a lot more content with other threads.

I suggest you take your beef up with the mods in private using the Contact Us link at the bottom of the page.
