Ok, so I used to REALLY want a Macbook Pro 13", but after really considering the Macbook Air, I have fallen in love. and I am completely prepared to buy it once Rev. D comes about, but I just need to knw one thing: Is the iSight likely to be better? I have heard right now, it is horrible.

I really need to know this as I do a lot of video chatting and may eventually get into the YouTube scene. (Although I doubt I would use the iSight for that...) So will it be better, or what?

If my darn crystal ball worked correctly, I'd tell you. But alas I still haven't gotten it repaired after the whole PowerBook G5 debacle...

You have your assumptions. Share them.

I would assume that the technology to make the camera that thin would improve and thus the quality of the picture as well. Although they very well could use the same technology as they did in the current one to cut down costs.

I heard the next revisions will have 10 MP iSight cameras, Carl Zeiss optics and a flash. I plan on shooting the world's first porno using a MacBook Air.

I imagine Apple will use the same iSight camera as the rest of the MacBook range in any new Air they build.

Unifying components across the range of course saves costs. They do this with external and well as internal components.

It is what it is, a camera basically designed for iChat, and badly lit YouTube videos. If you are making Videos others are going to watch, get a separate cam
