I want to like this band but it’s squeaky and when I move my wrist it feels like I’m getting notifications. It sounds like it’s the magnets moving. I like to wear it snug. Will it break in or is this the way it is?

The leather loop is noisy and sends of phantom vibrations.

This is normal, it’ll break in and you’ll also get used to the small movements and stop seeing them as notifications.
I've had a leather loop for 3 years. Never had these problems. It finally wore out and I ordered another one. It's my favorite band
