The mandatory flashlight and camera shortcuts on the lock screen are gone

I have no idea why it took this long but the flashlight and camera shortcuts are no longer mandatory on the lock screen. Well done, Apple, true innovation!

The key word in my OP was mandatory. It was weird that 1. shortcuts had to be there and 2. they had to be for the flashlight and camera. Never made much sense.

I get your point about mandatory, and agree. For me having the flashlight and camera makes sense and I would have selected them for the locked screen. For the 99% that feel as you do I‘m happy for you.

They were literally the first thing I got rid of. My fat fumbling fingers can rest easy as I pocket the beast now.
